Payment Policy

At Techpoint Retail, we accept various modes of payment for your convenience and security. You can choose any of the following options to pay for your order:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Rupay. You can also use EMI options available on select credit cards. Your card details are encrypted and secure, and we do not store them on our servers.
  • Net Banking: You can pay using your preferred bank account through our secure net banking gateway. We support over 50 banks including HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, and more.
  • UPI: You can pay using any UPI-enabled app such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc. Just scan the QR code or enter the UPI ID displayed on the checkout page and confirm the payment on your app.
  • Wallets: You can pay using various digital wallets such as Paytm, Freecharge, Mobikwik, etc. Just select the wallet option on the checkout page and login to your wallet account to complete the payment.
  • Cash on Delivery: You can pay by cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep. This option is available only for select products and locations. A nominal convenience fee may be applicable for this service.
